Shipping costs are €3.90 Mainland Spain, Canary Islands and mainland Portugal. For Balearic Islands it is €5

For purchases over €50 they are free for all of Spain (including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands) and mainland Portugal.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Barring extraordinary circumstances, we will attempt to ship your order for the product(s) listed on the Shipping Confirmation within 2-10 business days from the order date. For shipments to the Canary Islands, it can take up to 15 days.

1. About these Terms and Conditions of purchase

In these terms and conditions "we" means Pianno39 (represented by Pianno 39 Woman SL CIF: B54990783), and "Ud." means you, the customer. These terms and conditions, together with your Order Confirmation, constitute the Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other terms or conditions will apply. The Contract can be modified, by us without prior notice or any notification, validating those specified before the date of your order.

2. Placing Your Order
2.1 In order to place an Order you must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 You can place an Order:
- 2.2.1 by filling in the Order Form found at the end of the order.
- 2.2.2 by calling us by phone at 652 868 114, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (local time on the peninsula).

Orders sent in a different way than those indicated above will not be accepted.

2.3 Although we will use reasonable endeavors to supply you with the Products listed in your Order, there may be times when we are unable to supply such Products due, for example, to the fact that such Products are no longer manufactured or available or we are unable to get relevant components. In these cases we will contact you to inform you and may suggest alternative Products that you may wish to purchase. If you do not accept our suggestions we will cancel your Order in relation to the Products that we cannot supply and we will return any sum of money that you have paid us for those Products.
3. Prices
3.1 The price of the Products will be the one indicated on your purchase receipt, which will coincide with that of the web.

3.2 Delivery costs, when applicable, are your responsibility, as indicated on your purchase receipt.

4. Payment for your Products
4.1 You can pay for your Products by the payment systems that appear in the payment methods section of the Website.

4.2 If you pay by credit card, you will provide your credit card details at the time you place your Order. These data are transmitted directly to the PayPal platform, we will not have access to said data at any time. We will not supply the Products or perform the Services until your credit card issuer has authorized the use of your credit card to pay for the Products ordered. If we do not receive this authorization, we will notify you. The billing address of your credit card must be in Spanish territory. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the cardholder by requesting the relevant documentation.

4.3 If you pay by bank transfer, your Products will be shipped after payment has been received by us. If payment for the full amount is not received within 30 days of the date of your Order, it will be canceled upon prior notification.

4.4 The cash on delivery payment is only available for purchases in the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal. This method of payment implies an additional cost of €1 per order, for service management expenses. Making your purchase on Cash on Delivery implies compliance with the purchase contract.Any breach or non-payment of your Order will be reported as fraud and brought to the attention of the competent authorities to prevent futurecases.
5. Delivery of your Products
5.1 We will deliver your Products to the delivery address that appears on your Order Form or that you have provided over the phone when placing your order.

5.2 Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes.

5.3 Title to, and risk of loss of, your Products will pass to you upon delivery of the Products.

5.4 Handling times by us are a maximum of 24 business hours after order processing.

5.5 The indicated delivery times are for guidance only and we strive to respect them.

5.6 In bulky Products, the delivery can be made on the portal.
6. Your Right to Return Products
6.1 If you are not satisfied with any of the Products that you have purchased from us, you may return them and obtain a refund of the price of the returned Product as long as the return is made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. You must proceed by contacting us to notify such return.

6.2 Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date, without exceptions.

6.3 Returns will be free as long as they are made at the post office together with the printed label provided by our customer service department. In the case of the Balearic Islands and Portugal, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

6.4 In order to be able to exercise the option of returning a Product with which you are not satisfied, you must call us at 652 868 114 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to arrange the return or contact us by one of the other methods that we put at your disposal. You must return the Products in their original packaging and without damage or signs of use.

6.5 Provided that the Products are returned to us without damage or signs of use, we will refund the amount paid for the returned Products. In no case will the amount that may have been caused by the manipulation or cash on delivery of the items be refunded.

6.6 In the event that in a return the item is not in the conditions mentioned, the amount will not be refunded.

6.7 Once the Product is received at our facilities, the item will be checked by our returns department and if everything is correct, the amount of the item will be returned within a maximum of 7 days from the receipt of the Products at our facilities.

7. Data Protection
By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data obtained from your Order Form for the purposes of processing your Order, contacting you or processing newsletters. 8. Force Majeure
We will do our best to fulfill our obligations under the Agreement. However, we will not be liable for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to force majeure. In case of delay, we will fulfill our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 We will try to resolve any disagreement quickly and efficiently. If you do not agree with the way we deal with any disagreement and want to take legal action, you must do so in Spain, applying Spanish law.
10.Overall
10.1 The non-enforcement of any term of this Agreement, either by you or by us, does not constitute a waiver of said term. This will in no way affect the right of such party to enforce said term at a later date.

10.2 The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any clause of the Contract will not affect the validity or compliance with the remaining clauses.

10.3 We reserve the right to make any changes to these purchase conditions without prior notice. Remaining valid those prior to the date of the orders placed.
