In the order history you must select the option "Return products" in the order you wish to return.
EXCHANGES: PIANNO39 WOMAN SL will accept changes in products that are defective, in which case, the same article will be resent in perfect condition and the defective one will be collected by courier service. This procedure will be free of charge for the customer, and must be carried out by telephone with our customer service department. Exchanges cannot be made on exchanges. In the case of an exchange, only a refund is possible. Free exchanges will also be made if you receive an article different from the one you ordered.
In case you want to make an exchange for reasons other than those mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the processing costs will be 5 € in concept of transport for the Peninsula and Portugal. In the Canary Islands, the rest of Europe, Mexico and the USA it is NOT possible to make changes. In the case of the Balearic Islands changes have a cost of 9 € for transport. We will send the courier with the new item and at the time of delivery he will collect the returned item. This management must be done by phone by calling 965360915
The customer will have the right to make a return within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order.
Important: It is essential that the product to be returned is in perfect condition and in its original box in the case of footwear.
As soon as we receive the items and check that they are in perfect condition, we will refund the money by the same means by which payment was made for the initial order. WARNING: In the case of purchases paid cash on delivery, the payment will be made by bank transfer to the bank account you indicate. We will refund the full amount of the order excluding shipping costs and the commission of the chosen payment method. In addition, in order to refund the amount, the proportional part of the discount applied will be calculated.
Return costs: Returns are free of charge*, as long as they are made through the post office (this option is not available for the Balearic Islands and Portugal). Exception: If the return only consists of items under 9,95€, the return will have an additional cost of 3,90€ for transport.
In the case of the Canary Islands, the customer must send the items at their own expense. The return costs are to be paid by the customer.
-In Portugal the return costs are 3,90€. The return must always be made through a courier.
-In the Balearic Islands the return costs are 5€. The return must always be made through a courier.

You must request the label to our customer service department and you will be able to deliver the nearest point. Or if you prefer you can make the return yourself.
After contacting us to inform us that you wish to make a return, we will send you a label by email so that you can go to your post office with the products to be returned packaged and with the label attached.
* Each order will be entitled to one free return. In other words, if an order is placed for more than one item, the items to be returned will have to be returned in a single return. In the event of returning the items in more than one procedure, the first one will be free of charge, but the second and subsequent ones will cost 3.90€
If you prefer us to send a courier to your home to collect your return, the cost of this procedure is 3.90€, except for orders being returned from the Balearic Islands, where this procedure will cost 5€
In the case of return of orders with promotion, the amount will be refunded proportional to the amount paid with the discount applied.
If we take advantage of the same shipment of change or return of defective item to include other items of the order the management will have a cost of 2.50 €.
IMPORTANT: We will only refund the amount of those items that arrive correctly and can be checked by the returns department. You must inform via the web or by calling customer service prior to the return of which items will be returned. The amount of the shipping costs will not be refunded, only the exact amount paid for the item in question will be refunded.
NOTE: For hygiene reasons, jewellery products (earrings), as well as products from the lingerie and erotic toys section will not be exchanged or returned. Masks and mask-holders cannot be returned. Bras can be returned by telephone if there is a problem with the size.
Personalised items are non-returnable.
Mattresses CANNOT be returned.
Swimwear and bikinis can be returned. As long as they are in perfect condition as they have been received.
