Within the order history you must select the option "Return products"  in the order in which you want to process the return.

CHANGES: PIANNO39 WOMAN SL will accept changes in products that are defective, in which case, the same item will be resent in perfect condition and the defective one will be collected through the courier service. This procedure will have no cost for the client, and must be done by phone with our customer service. No changes can be made on changes. In the event of a change, it is only possible to return it. Free changes will also be made in case of receiving a different item than the one requested.

In case you want to make a change for reasons other than the one mentioned in the previous paragraph, the processing costs will be €5 for transport for the Peninsula and Portugal . In the Canary Islands and Italy it is NOT possible to make changes. In the case of the Balearic Islands , the changes have a cost of €9 for transport. We will send the courier with the new item and at the time of delivery will collect the returned item. This management must be done by phone by calling 965360915

RETURNS:

The client will have the right to make a return within 30 calendar days of receiving her order.

Important: It is essential that the product to be returned is in perfect condition and in its original box in the case of footwear.

As soon as we receive the items and verify that they are in perfect condition, we will refund the money by the same means by which the payment of the initial order was made. NOTE : In the case of purchases paid against reimbursement, the payment will be made by transfer to the bank account that you indicate. We will refund the full amount of the order, excluding shipping costs and the cost of the chosen payment method. In addition, to make the refund of the amount, the proportional part of the applied discount will be calculated.

Return costs: Returns are free *, as long as they are made through the post office (this option is not available for the Balearic Islands or Portugal). Exception: If the return only consists of items less than €9.95, the return will have an additional cost of €3.90 for transport.

In the case of Italy, the return costs are €7. The customer may also make the return on their own, in which case we will not discount the return costs and we will proceed to the full refund of the amount paid for the returned items.

In the case of the Canary Islands, the client must send the items on their own. Return costs are borne by the customer.

After contacting us to inform us that you wish to make a return, we will send you a label by mail so that you can go to your post office with the products to be returned packaged and with said label attached.

* Each order will be entitled to a free return. In other words, if an order is placed for more than one item, the items to be returned will have to be returned in a single process. If the items are returned in more than one procedure, the first one can be done free of charge, but the second and subsequent ones will cost €3.90

If you prefer that we send you a courier collection to your home to make your return, the procedure has a cost of €3.90 except for orders whose return is made from the Balearic Islands, in which said procedure will have a cost of €5

In the case of return of orders with promotion, the amount proportional to the amount paid with the applied discount will be refunded.

If we take advantage of the same exchange or return shipment of a defective item to include other items in the order, the management will have a cost of €2.50.

IMPORTANT : We will only refund the amount of those items that arrive correctly and can be verified by the returns department. They must inform through the web or by calling customer service prior to the return of which items will be returned. The amount of the shipping costs is not refunded, only the exact amount paid for the item in question is refunded.

NOTE: For hygiene reasons, jewelry products (earrings), as well as products in the lingerie and erotic toys section will not accept changes or returns. Returns of masks and mask holders are also not accepted. Bras can be returned by phone if there is a problem with the size.

Personalized items are not returnable.

Mattresses are NOT returnable.

Swimsuits and bikinis do accept return. As long as they are in perfect condition as they have been received.
