what does the Pianno 39 Loyalty Plan consist of?

With this loyalty plan you can enjoy exclusive discounts by accumulating points for every purchase made. For every full 10€ spent on purchases you accumulate a 5% discount. The only requirement is that the order is delivered and the return period (30 days) has elapsed. After that you just have to enjoy.

In case of return or cancellation of the order the right to use the reward will be lost.

how can I redeem and view my vouchers?

In "My account", you will find the section "My rewards" where you can check the amount available for redemption. You will be able to convert your rewards into € in this section 30 days after the order has been delivered.

Once the rewards have been converted, it is very easy to use them: just add them to your cart from "my voucher history". You have a period of one calendar year to use the reward.
